The clinic relied entirely on manual telephone coordination during operational hours, causing dropped inquiries and schedule overlaps.

02 / Engineering & Architecture

Built a clean, bilingual (English and Bengali) web portal connected to Cloudflare D1 for real-time slot reservations, with webhooks triggering immediate WhatsApp notifications to both patient and receptionist.

03 / Verified Results

Zero double-bookings, under 800ms initial page load, and automated booking dispatch on mobile.
