By engaging ZenVQ Studio for software development, consulting, or using public tools hosted on our domains, you agree to these transparent operating terms.

1. Project Deposits & Milestones

Custom client projects commence upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon milestone completion and final deployment sign-off.

2. Revisions & Scope

Every standard package includes two comprehensive rounds of revisions within the agreed project brief. Scope expansions beyond the original specification will be quoted transparently prior to implementation.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom application source code, designs, and content created specifically for the client transfer entirely to client ownership.

4. Acceptable Tool Usage

Utilities such as Media Drop / OneApp are provided for archiving and managing personal content you own or have explicit legal rights to process. We disclaim liability for unauthorized third-party media reproduction.
